onedaydeal - lack of customer service

i placed an order for two items (an infrared thermometer and a leg pillow) on the 13th July 2020 with onedealaday. when i received the items, the thermometer's was box was tampered with and parts were missing. The second item was completely wrong...they sent me a security light iso a pillow. I emailed them on the 24th July 2020 requesting an immediate refund - see email below.

I received the parcel today for INV 218926. The parcel received is incorrect is not exactly what i ordered. One of the items seems to have been tampered with and the other is completely wrong. I ordered an infrared thermometer and a leg pillow. Instead, i received the following: 1. 1 x non contact thermometer - the box looks like it has been tampered with as the seal on the box was broken. It also looks like the items in the box are incomplete. 2. 1 x solar light - this is NOT what i ordered. I ordered a leg pillow.

I am requesting a CASH REFUND for BOTH items as i am completely unhappy and dissatisfied with both. Kindly contact me to arrange collection of both items asap.

Please treat as a matter of urgency. ---- After numerous emails, i still havent received my refund (todays date 12 Aug 2020). I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND them to anyone.
