One Deal a Day spoils Christmas

These guys are the biggest bunch of shysters out there. They guaranteed deliveries of all orders done before the 10th of Dec. My order was placed on 7 Dec and paid for and acknowledged the same day. It is impossible to contact the company by phone. They hide behind online query portals which never get answered. Three times I have emailed it used the online customer services portal with no response. On 21 Dec I received an email stating goods had dispatched and a waybill number to track. After watching nothing happen for two full days I contacted the courier company. Imagine my surprise when I was told OneDealADay do this regularly. The goods haven’t dispatched and the waybill is merely that a waybill has been created on their system. It is a blatant falsification to make you think they have dispatched. This is the 4th late delivery from the last 5 orders and I will not be ordering from them ever again. BEWARE of this useless, lying bunch of shysters. I will be investigation a legal route in January to recover funds. My daughter will now not have this present under the tree at Christmas. Despicable company. Stay clear of them
