NO RESPONSE TO A FAULTY ITEM

I ordered a loadshedding kit with an inverter included. It did not work on arrival and I've tried contacting them for almost 3 weeks via both whatsapp & email but have had ZERO RESPONSE. The item needs to be collected & replaced.
