No delivery after more than a month, non-existent aftersales.

I ordered a few items on 17 Dec and still have not heard anything about the delivery of my package. They say they have a 10 workday turnaround, but even with them being closed over the holidays, it’s been way more than that, with no word from them. I have tried phoning, emailing, sending WhatsApps to 2 different numbers and even sending multiple messages on Facebook Messenger to no avail. They have no problem sending me many promotional emails every single day though! I am so extremely frustrated and feel like they’ve ****** my money. Will NEVER recommend them or buy from them again.
