NO customer care or return policy

I Bought a watch from them in December as a Christmas present, It came faulty but they were closed for returns, when they open up again they said they were busy and would get back to me after a number of follows up they stop return my messages and wont take the return with out me having to pay for my own courier at my cost for them to look at it not even give my money back or exchange it for a working one. So beware if you buying something from them, there is no warranty or return policy 4 month later i have written of the cost of the present and WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN for anything , you guys have lost a client
