No Comms and NO Customer Service

Placed an order for one of their promos. After I was supposed to receive my delivery and numerous follow ups I get told. Sorry the supplier didn't have stock.

Eventually I get offered the same product but in a different colour. I agree to it and it gets delivered.

Open it to use it to see it's half the size of the one which I actually ordered.

Log a call...no response.

Ask on Whatsapp seeing as they don't have a number you can call on...I can only guess why.

After numerous attempts I get a reply and get told to pls share my invoice and pictures of what I received and it would then take 48 to 72 hours to review. It's been a week now and despite asking for an update more than once I haven't received a response on Whatsapp or an email.

Can I PLEASE get a refund seeing as you supp**** an incorrect item.
