Incorrect product received, returned over 6 weeks ago, still unresolved

I placed an order with OneDealADay on 3 July 2026 for a ChargeHub 40,000mAh PowerBank with Built-in Cables. I specifically chose this model because I wanted a power bank that I could carry in my handbag without having to carry a separate charging cable. The built-in cables and compact design were important reasons for choosing this particular product. When my order arrived, I received a different 40,000mAh power bank – the 120W model with a carry handle and different design. I immediately contacted OneDealADay to report that I had received the wrong product and supp**** the requested information and photographs. After communicating with them numerous times via WhatsApp, the incorrect item was eventually collected by their assigned courier, Fastway, on 3 August 2026. It is now 15 September 2026, meaning the incorrect product has been back with them for more than six weeks, and the matter is STILL unresolved. Despite numerous follow-ups on WhatsApp, I am repeatedly told that they will “look into it” and “get back to me”, but I have not received the correct product, a refund, or a satisfactory explanation for the delay. This is particularly frustrating because I did not simply change my mind about the purchase. OneDealADay sent me a different product from the one I ordered, and I returned that incorrect product through the courier they assigned. I am now simply asking OneDealADay to resolve this matter properly by either: • Supplying the ChargeHub 40,000mAh PowerBank with Built-in Cables that I originally ordered; or • Issuing a full refund. I have retained my order confirmation, photographs of the incorrect product received, courier collection details and WhatsApp correspondence. This has been an extremely disappointing customer-service experience. I paid for a specific product, received a different product, returned it as requested, and am still having to chase the company more than six weeks later for a resolution.
