Extremely poor service

I returned products via courier to Oncedealaday and was asked for my banking details for refund on 16th December 2022. It is not 13 January and no refund has been processed. There is no way to communicate other than via whats app. If I email, i am told to communicate via whats app. I have sent numerous messages via whats app requesting a refund, however I do not receive a response. There is very poor service from a company of the calibre of Onedealaday.
