DO NOT SUPPORT ONE DEAL A DAY
I have ordered at One Deal A Day repeatedly in the past, and I never had problems and I received the items promptly and in good condition, but boy oh boy, I received an order where most of the items are faulty and broken, and what a major issue to get them replaced or refunded. There is absolutely no after care service, and it seems an impossible task. I am sending mails upon mails and receive computerized feedback, but that is were it stops. Unfortunately this was my last order from One Deal A Day.

15 Sept 2022, 10:36I am very pleased to announce that I was assisted after my review on Hellopeter, and promises were made by ODAD with regards to replacements of items. I just do not understand why customers need to go these lengths to get assistance. Any way, much appreciated One Deal A Day. One suggestion, perhaps you should check the rest of your bad reviews and try to solve them, and do not be shy to write your comment in there as well.
