Awaiting refund after 7 days

Hi Ordered online and made payment via eft..sent proof and then I cancelled all in the same day..

I sent emails requesting a refund and providing a reason..

Ironically they have received my proof of payment and send me an invoice for a sale I have cancelled.. so what happened to the emails I sent to cancel and request a refund..

I've copied admin and payments on my numerous emails but it's 7 days already and no response or acknowledgement..

I guess if u purchasing they provide good service but if it's a query or refund they ignore..

I will not be accepting my cancelled order should it arrive..why should I pay the courier charges to resend back to them as I'm 100% sure I sent a cancellation email before processing..

No contact number only emails...to which no response.

All round pathetic service
