Aftersales is bad

Online ordering, payment and delivery is awesome. Aftersales tho is another story. I bought a powerbank early Dec 2023. It was a Christmas present and was used after Christmas. It lasted for TWO DAYS. When I logged a return/querie I was told that their returns policy is 7 days, so no recourse. AND if I would return it it will be at my cost and they will look into it. Seems like their products that gets imported are made to last a month or less.
