Vouchers are no longer available through Onecell machines

Managed to get hold of Onecell today. It looks like they are in financial problem. I was told that one is no longer able to issue air time vouchers from their machines. You can only use it as a public phone. Why weren't customers warned of this before we get duped into recharging our devices?
