Zero regard for customer service.

I ordered a Camp master camp chair from One cart on Monday, the chair was delivered Tuesday and it was a completely different brand. Called them immediately & was asked to send pictures of the item via WhatsApp, provided my order number etc. Till today no one has ever gotten back to me. I have been following up with no luck even called again yesterday afternoon was told to send a WhatsApp message. What nonsense of a service is this company providing? I want my Camp master camp chair.
