You don't recieve your parcels

So I had placed an order and recieved no notification that the product was not available on top of that it didn't arrive still don't know why it didn't arrive but their whatsapp number doesn't exist and you can only call them during specific times when you are out here literally waiting for a response To be honest they have lost a customer with me
