Worst service ever

am extremely disappointed with the service I received. This has been the worst experience I’ve had with this company. Waiting for over three hours is unacceptable, especially since this isn’t the first time there have been delays or mistakes with my orders. Tomorrow is Christmas, and I had planned to have everything ready for my family, but this has completely disrupted my preparations.

Neither the driver nor the company has kept me informed, which shows a lack of professionalism. How can they expect to be the best company if they continue to let customers down? This business either needs new management or should be shut down entirely
