Worst service ever, do not shop with them!!!

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received from your company regarding my recent order.

My order was originally scheduled for delivery yesterday between 17:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, the delivery did not occur as promised. After this failure, my delivery was rescheduled to today between 10:00 and 11:00. It is now 16:00, and I have yet to receive my order.

This ongoing delay is unacceptable. I had to spend additional money on airtime to call your customer service to inquire about the status of my order, which should not have been necessary. Moreover, due to your company's failure to deliver my groceries on time, I was forced to purchase food from another provider yesterday.
