WORST SERVICE EVER!

I've tried giving OneCart the benefit of the doubt, but after 5 terrible orders, I just can't! I feel everyone should be aware that it is not such a painless process to order with Onecart, as their marketing would have you believe.

The website states that some products are "low on stock" or "out of stock". So when ordering you have to avoid these. However, upon placing your order, you can expect that half of the items ordered will also be out of stock, this will result in shoppers messaging and phoning you to the extent of madness. Once the shopper finally located only half of your order, they will start phoning you to find your location (information already given upon ordering).

My most recent order (placed at 11am in the morning for immediate delivery) the shopper literally sent me a photo of him standing outside (12:08pm) where he should deliver with the company name clearly in sight. I was in a meeting at the time and could not respond immediately, anyone with common sense would have ring the doorbell and complete the delivery. I did not receive that delivery. 20 minutes later upon exiting my meeting (12:30pm) I asked the shopper why he didn't deliver as I can see he was at the right place. His response was, that I did not answer so he left. He said that another driver will come and deliver. Now our offices close at 4:30pm, but thanks to OneCart we had to stick around and wait for the delivery. Around 5pm that afternoon the second driver phoned me 3 times to try and find our office, each time I explained to him that he is nearby and should please follow my directions. He never showed up. I never received my order.

Don't worry it gets better!

When phoning in with a query you are told by the agent that they will follow up, find out what is going on and phone you right back. This never happens, I had to phone in with queries on each and every order I ever placed and not once has someone phoned me back with the feedback they promised. Not once.

If you are considering making use of OneCart and their terrible services. Do yourself a favor, and just don't. You'll end up paying much more, having much more issues, worries, and admin to deal with, and you'll only receive half of your wanted items. Go shopping yourself. Trust.
