Worst service ever

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I placed an order for delivery that was supposed to be delivered by 3pm. By 3 o clock, I received half my order, the one from Makro missing. I received a message that there was a delay. I called at 4 to follow up and was told that the order would be here soon, that the driver was collecting. I said I needed it to be here by 5 as I needed to leave. Almost 5pm and still nothing. I called again and the lady apparently tried to get a hold of the driver for about 15 minutes while I was on hold. Then comes back to me to tell me the driver is on the way to me and I must wait another 30 minutes. It's way after 5 and I was supposed to have left already. She said she will call me back in 5 minutes, still nothing. Such pathetic service and this isn't the first time. Checkers 360 and Bottles is way better. I will never use this useless service again.
