Worst online company ever

1st. This is one of the worst online companies I ordered from. I've ordered 4 times from them and everytime I ask them not to deliver, I will pick up because they do not deliver in my area. The only reason I order from them is because I get a voucher from multichoice every month and if I don't order I'll loose it. 2nd. When I started ordering from them they charged a concierge fee of R15. That's apparently the person shopping for your goods. Now they suddenly pushed that up to R35 in a matter of a month. So that is unfair because if I get a R75 voucher from multichoice. I buy a 6pack of milk for R70. So now I pay a concierge fee of R35 and if they deliver its another R35. So whata the use of having the voucher. I could just go to any store and buy the milk for R70. This company is a *******. If I order from takealot and pick up myself they charge me R25. And it can be any amount of things. If it wasn't for the voucher I get from multichoice I would never use this app again.
