Worst Experience Ever

Placed an order for groceries and they only managed to make a partial delivery. They even marked the order as completed in their system when they had not yet delivered the other items from a different store. Notified them of the error and they reassured us they would deliver first thing the following day. Next day they marked the ticket as resolved when they had not delivered the order as promised. Customer care was difficult to get through to. They would promise to call back and never do so. Inconsistent stories and statements which was suspicious. Ended up cancelling the remaining order which they were failing to deliver. Wasted time and money in the process.
