Worst Company Ever! Worst Service Ever! Worst Customer Experience!

If I could give less than 1 star I would!!

I purchased a product that OneCart couldn't get (but they advertised it was in stock). The next day, I got a call from their customer care centre to advise me to rather get a refund, as it would only be 3 days for me to wait to receive my funds. Then after 3 days, they said it would take 9 days. I have been calling almost daily for over 3 weeks and still can't get my money back or any answers on how long it will take to get my money.
