WORSE SERVICE EVER !!!!!!

Probably the worse ever service i have ever received ! Friday the 28th i have ordered with them i placed my order at 2 so it can be delivered between 15:00-16:00 i only got my order at 17:30 - the driver was rude as well - i marked it as dissatisfied and they didn't even come back to me, no refund of delivery, no appology nothing,

Never the less Monday (Today 1/7/2024) i throught okay let me use them again dispite the bad service i have recieved og what a **** show they dropped my parcel with someone else , my package got lost, was on the phone with them for what probably 5 hours trying to get hold of them, their communication is so **** eventually the driver phones me and said he has my parcel he dropped at the other person and he has it now and he is on his way

got my parcel, all opened and paper wrinkled ??

I mean what the hell ??

will NEVER RECOMMENED THEM !!
