WILL NEVER USE ONECART AGAIN!
Today was the LAST time I use one cart! As I type, I am still waiting for my order which was placed at just past 11 am this morning! It is now 4.30 pm, no correspondence from One Cart except for their response on X when I asked where my order was at 1pm! Apparently they are having “technical” difficulties! But now my order has disappeared on the app, along with over R 500.00! The order is four large items! Not exactly difficult to shop. Coldrinks and Milk! ONE CART CAN SAY GOOD BYE to me as a customer. I have given them more than enough chances to redeem themselves.

03 Sept 2025, 14:52To date no one from one cart has responded. Al they do is apologize and say they are escalating the issue. My order never arrived! I had to twice to find out about where my order was! They send a message telling me the items I ordered were ALL out of stock! After looking at the Makro website where my order was supposed to be from, ALL items were in stock. But it took them 6 hours to lie about the items being out of stock.
I am furious and so disappointed!
They have not bothered to respond to any email I have sent either.
Escaping the complaint does absolutely nothing! I will NEVER use ONE CART AGAIN!!
