Warning to all OneCart customers: False Advertising Alert

On 26th November 2025, I placed an order on OneCart after seeing that PnP had “half-lamb” on sale. When my order was delivered, the tray contained literally only 7 pieces of meat. Since then, I have tried repeatedly to get assistance from OneCart, but all I get is “nothing can be done.”

I requested a refund and even offered to return the item to the store, yet OneCart continues to insist that the 7 pieces of meat weigh a half-lamb.

Let’s be clear: 1. The average weight of a half-lamb is 8–9 kg. 2. The weight of the item I received was 1.164 kg. 3. How can 7 pieces of meat possibly constitute a half-lamb?

This is blatant false advertising. The service from OneCart is unprofessional, dismissive, and unacceptable. Despite providing clear evidence, I have received no resolution.

I will not let this go. I am taking this matter to every consumer protection platform I can. Customers deserve honesty, transparency, and respect – something OneCart has failed to provide.

I strongly advise anyone considering using OneCart to think twice before ordering.
