Very stressful company and app

If I could give them a zero rating, I would Be careful they sell items that are already sold out and also they deliver missing items from the cart and getting a refund is a mission. I ordered my groceries on Saturday and I was told some of the items that I had bought were sold out, which is okay. When they delivered my order one item was missing and I contacted them. I was told that they had requested a refund to my wallet not my bank which will take up to 48hrs. Today it's Tuesday, I followed up and I was told that they have requested a refund to my wallet which will take up to 48hrs again. One Cart you're not even refunding to my bank, so how long does it take,? Talking to your online agents is just a waste of time, they just left me typing. They don't even have the decency to finish a conversation. Can you please refund my money???
