Very angry

I saw oil special on onecart app and I bought 4 boxes from makro and apparently they didn't have stock They didn't refund my money into my account instead it went to apps pocket which didn't make sense

Now it's been 4day and their policy say it takes up to 48 hours to receive your money back

I still haven't got my money, I want money back R1414 IS ALL GONE
