Useless and unreliable
It took a week for groceries that I ordered for my son to be delivered. Then the most basic of items were "out of stock" I paid for the Concierge to go to 2 shops, quite convenient that all the Items I ordered from the 2nd shop was "out of stock" but I was charged the same fee.
