Useless and pathetic service!!!

Onecart is useless.. I ordered items on their site and then receive a whatsapp message saying that they have refunded me bcos the price THAT THEY CAPTURED ON THEIR SITR IS DIFFERENT TO THE SHOP'S PRICE!!! Whose problem is that? How do u do business with your customers??
