Unreliable and bad customer service
I would give them zero if I could. The place my items on hold with informing me, later had a struggle to get my refund after they logged me out of my account. If you can, stay away from OneCart, their customers service is trash

25 Mar 2024, 13:07I have been sending enquiries regrading my refund and no one is willing to help me or refund me, they keep on sending me from piller to post. Am at the edge of giving up, they might as well keep it, since they don't want to give me my money back
