Undelivered Order - YET AGAIN!! ***8k-73

So disappointed in onecart, this is not the first time that my order has not been delivered. no way to cancel order, they are not responding to whatsapp...i held to to their call line until i ran out of airtime.Please cancel my order ***8k-73 and refund me cos u are not even saying when or if my order will arrive. I need to go to a funeral cannot wait any longer.
