I have been in contact with Thando from one cart, whereby they cancelled my order and are refusing to re-imburse my funds

The incident occurred on the 02 December 2024 today been the 9th Dec, still no funds received

I will contact Wendy Knowler with my evidence against this company, people be warned we are getting penalized for promo codes advertised on Google, Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok, One Cart has almost R600 of mine they are not crediting

I have now lodged a dispute with my bank
