*****ulent and does not take any responsibility

I placed an order with Onecart 2 weeks ago. My parcel was delivered according to the app. I have never received my parcel.

I contacted support and I am getting some agents generic response daily, only when I ask for an update on my refund.

It seems to me that they do not want to take responsibility for the loss of my package nor credit my account.

I have now also warned the whole estate in which We stay that they are *****ulent.
