UI19 not received

I am very upset with onecart. I was an employee under onecart as a wfm manager at the head office in Sandton and apparently they cannot assist me with my UI19 form as they don't have any record that i worked there in 2021.

I am unemployed and my debts are piling up for the past 3months as this in a hindrance in getting my UIF funds.

How can a big company like that not have my records, I have an employee number and payslip as well as statements to prove that I was employed with them. I have reports that I build under onecart as more proof as well as ex colleagues I've worked with.

I need assistance please on this...
