Total ******* service from OneCart

Hi, I placed a order with OneCart yesterday, the order was supposed be delivered by 10 yesterday, its 10 o clock 24hours later and it's still not delivered. There system shows its delivered, upon numerous calls with their call center I was advised the driver got lost,then he didn't have any right number, then apparently he couldn't get hold of me, I've paid for the item, I still do not have it, I've emailed onecart with no response, I've called their call centre , the number is automated and no1 picks up, this is such terrible service, I just want my item or my full money back, this is totally ridiculous, Mr Naidoo
