This is not fair

I placed an order on this app on the 30 September 2024 and onced I paid for my order my account was locked. I am still unable to access my account and when I call the call center I am told that my account is at the ***** department for the pass 2 weeks. No one can tell me why or how long this will take. I just want my money back.
