This business needs to shut down!

After my various encounters with One Cart, I can confidently state that you will not get the items you have ordered, you will not get your refunds as per the items that were not delivered. You will be charged for extra items which you have not ordered. The delivery will be made with lots of grumbling and multiple excuses. It is unfortunately not a pleasant experience and even now in the time of COVID 19, it is more feasible for me to expose myself by doing my own shopping than to give this service yet another chance. One more thing, don’t be fooled by the sincerity and intelligent sounding dames that answer your complaints, as nothing good will come off it. We South Africans deserve a better service and honesty! Tired of dealing with *******!
