THEY WILL BILL YOU AND NEVER DELIVER!

Terrible. I was billed upfront for my order which didn't arrive on time. There was no communication regarding delays to my order. I canceled the order after giving them an extra day to deliver. It's over 2 weeks later and I have not been refunded. The call center never answers, and my request for support through the website seems to have been ignored. Do not trust this shoddy, poorly run business. Pathetic.
