The mistreatment of woolies dash employees

This company does not even deserve a single star, the company has partnership with Woolworths under the name woolies dash. I am an employee been working for them for more than 9 months now, due to high unemployment in South Africa we have to tolerate the mistreatment we receive from Woolies Dash. They provide workers with fixed 3 months contracts were as when they offer you employment they promise you will receive a permanent contract. Its the only company that has never had a salary raise for 3 years now and they provide an undetailed pay slip which doesn't even show how much hours worked or how much you are rated. Every pay run employees have to file queries regarding their wages, the company has 1 person controlling their pay run and every bi monthly employees experience the same problems. They overwork employees and hire supervisors who lack experience and knowledge of their role or the work they are employed for. There only thing they expect from supervisors is to issue warnings to staff and threaten staff members, no matter how a staff member performs they can be dismissed without a reason as the area manager likes proving she is in control. There are no benefits and they prefer on hiring unregistered foreign refugees, whereas they promise growth. Whenever an employee complains of their rights they are either dismissed or threatened with warnings.
