Thanks for NOTHING

A huge thank you to Courtney, Pierre, Moe and Colleen. FOR NOTHING. An even bigger thank you to my personal shoppers Katleho and Malehlwa. FOR NOTHING. In the past I have had no issues. But my last two orders and subsequent interactions with the support team have been pathetic. I can't even say a disappointment, as it is far beyond that. Both orders when over 24hours late, with NO communication from OneCart. And both orders were wrong and missing things. I opted for the shopper to recommend substitutions to me on out of stock products. Neither bothered to contact me. The first order, the shopper substituted items without discussing them with me and end up sending items that my husband is highly and severely allergic to. No apology or anything from the support team. I had to request a refund. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They are only in it to make money as you have to reorder and pay delivery and concierge fees again.
