Terrible service from ONECART

Terrible service. My order was placed at 10 am with delivery scheduled for 1 pm, which was already a 3 hour wait. They then call me 2 hours later informing me that my delivery can only take place tomorrow. What kind of service is this when they were suppose to offer efficiency.
