terrible encounter

I had the worst possible experience with one cart recently. At 12:29 today, I placed an order, which was accepted and verified. Promise Moloto will handle my request, according to the last message I received. I was shocked to discover that there had been no changes when I continued checking my phone. I had to continually check the app to make sure I wasn't missing any messages. Upon calling the contact center at 14:47, I was assured that they would check with the driver and get back to me as I was unable to monitor my driver. As of 15:40, there has been no word. I cant believe how disrespectful one cart is. Their software is constantly malfunctioning, which makes it challenging to follow our requests. To be honest, I wouldn't suggest using this service to anyone. Definitely time to find a substitute.
