Terrible customer service
I was double billed for an order last week Saturday which was not delivered. After several emails with no feedback, no response on WhatsApp and still no resolve. I have sent through proof of payment on multiple occasions but still no joy. Case number ***

17 Oct 2024, 12:373 weeks later and they now say that they do not owe me any money , clearly something wrong with their finance team based on the other reviews I have seen regarding refunds .
