Substitute surprise

I had a few frustrating experiences but the worst was my nappy experience. I bought 2 packets of huggies gold. They aren't that cheap and babies are fussy with diapers so that's the only diapers I use. I received feedback from my shopper that she can substitute the nappies for huggies golf with a quantity of 10 less. A smaller pack.. When I got home I had huggies dry comfort which doesn't work at all for my child. I've tried contacting them and every time they advised that they would contact me back. But nothing. I am really disgusted with them. Order 615283
