Stay away from OneCart.......
Okay, so I'm writing this review under lockdown. Times are tough for everyone and companies that try to help under these difficult circumstances need all the support they can get. Unfortunately OneCart has bitten off more than they can chew by taking in more orders than they can possibly handle, thereby trying to undercut the reputable companies out there like Woolies or Pick'n Pay who honestly admit on their ordering sites that they can only help you a month from now. Their website and their app are both buggy (can't display more than one order at a time). They don't respond to email enquiries *at all*. Getting through to their helpline (an 087 number) makes getting through to Telkom look like a picnic. Regardless of what "timeslot" your order is allocated to you, they now admit that you'll get it between 1-5 days later. And did I mention that they are exorbitantly expensive (Almost R300 for a trolley's worth of stuff, including the concierge and the delivery). Their buyers don't follow instructions and won't contact you for an alternative. They'll just tell you something wasn't in stock (or buy the wrong item). Seriously, it's less stress to put on a mask (yes, they help) and go and brave your local shop yourself for instant, cheaper gratification (and be amazed how many things your 'concierge' said were out of stocking are actually all over the shelves).
