Stay AWAY from One Cart

One Cart. This is theft, they take your money and deliver nothing. Many complaints such as these. If you go onto their Facebook Page you will see more than a hundred comments like these. I was supposed to have my "order" delivered on the 6th of April too. They even went as far as to say my order was being shopped for. Nothing arrived. Call centre numbers not available, automated responses on email and robotic responses on FB making it look like they are "looking into it", eventually on FB messenger they said they would "cancel" my order. At 2am in the morning they then after the fact took R2299 off my bank account. Reporting the *****, and escalated with the bank. If people think that this is Covid 19 overwhelm for this company then I think you/ we are all misguided. These transactions are blatantly **********. There is a serious issue here. And to do this during this state of disaster when everyone is in danger is frankly appalling. One lady on Facebook said that she felt they had ****** her elderly parents. Other people needed the money because their pantries were empty. Look at their Facebook page. If people are waiting 5 weeks for refund then I don't think the intent is to deliver the order OR to return the monies. I got an automated response for threatening to open a police case.
