Spend your money where they consider YOU.

I have previously ordered and have had groceries delivered to my home without any problems. Recently, I again have tried to place an order and could not. It stated that they do not offer this service in my area. After emailing One Cart, the response I got back was that they are now only delivering within a 15km radius, where before it was 17km. As a paying customer, who also pays for delivery, I feel that this is a copout, and they only want to deliver to selected areas. I am very disappointed in One CART's service as it is COVID, and getting your groceries is a mammoth task to undertake right now. None of these big stores where our communities so willingly spend their money has stood up and offered delivery services especially during COVID to areas like Mitchells Plain. Yet they make the most money in our areas. It is time we took our money elsewhere.
