Shopping with OneCart we lose money and OneCart gains money

They have been slacking so much their service is less than 1 star rating. When i started using them in 2020 they were amazing but seems to have lost all credibility. Ordered on Fri, 27th of Oct for delivery Mon, 30th of Oct. Only to be told they cannot get hold of the for delivery the Monday evening. Being told the money will be refunded and nothing been on the phone now for 17 min refusing to drop the call because I want my monies refunded. Seems like the only way to deal with people when losing more money on my side.
