Shocking Service

OneCart's service is in absolute disarray. I placed and paid for an order on Friday, 26/5/2023, which was undelivered. Consequently, I contacted the OneCart helpline on numerous occasions and was told that a representative would contact me. On Monday 29/5/2023 I began requesting a refund, I have been given the run around by their social media platforms and am still waiting for a refund.
