Shocking Service

I ordered some items from Makro through OneCart on the 23/12/2022. The items were never delivered. I sent the first email requesting a refund to which i received a call stating that I would receive a refund. It's been more than 2 weeks now and still no refund. I sent 2 more follow up emails but no response. Its my money but I have beg for it. Very poor service and I will never deal with them again.
