Shady Practices

I have made two orders with OneCart. The first order they were not able to get some of the items from my order and have not refunded me for these non-shopped items. The second order the concierge said he shopped a replacement item for one of the items that were out of stock and when I received my goods I did not receive the replacement item, I contacted the concierge and he said it might have got lost with the driver. I reached out to support about both and have not heard back. For both cases I have escalated with the concierge and they claimed to have raised it with support, but still no response and no refund. I will not be using this service again, it is overpriced and it seems that they ***** your money for when items are not shopped.
